Strong hunger
Waiting too long can turn a normal meal into urgent eating and make fullness harder to notice.
THE CALM EATING CODE
Learn to read hunger, fullness and habit signals, then build a flexible eating rhythm that works in real life.
No rigid diets. No guilt. No obsessive calorie counting.
Why control stops working
Long gaps, strict rules and stress can make eating feel louder. The method starts by observing what happens before changing it.
Waiting too long can turn a normal meal into urgent eating and make fullness harder to notice.
A meal can look healthy and still miss the ingredients that support steady fullness and energy.
One difficult evening does not erase progress. A useful system includes a way back.
The method
The Calm Eating Code is not another list of allowed and forbidden foods. It is a way to notice the signals your body already sends and respond with more confidence.
Svetlana combines her background as a biology and chemistry teacher with nutrition training. The result is a calm learning process built around explanation, observation and realistic habits.
Sustainable change begins with understanding, not force.
Six guided laboratories
Each module turns one idea into a short experiment, a journal entry and a personal next step.

Questions have somewhere to go
The journal keeps learning grounded in your real week. AI helps organize observations, while a dedicated question queue brings important context to the live session.
Send the question with its module and lab context already attached.
AI offers a non-medical explanation and flags questions that need human attention.
Standard questions join the weekly group lab. Premium questions shape the individual call agenda.
Support plans
Both plans include the complete six-module program. The difference is how personally Svetlana follows your work.

Meet Svetlana
Svetlana Simonova trained as a biology and chemistry teacher. Her path into nutrition started personally: intermittent fasting gradually turned into constant hunger, overeating and weight gain.
After losing seven kilograms, the important question was no longer how to lose weight. It was how to keep the result without living in a constant fight with food. That question led her to nutrition training and later to the Calm Eating Code.
Today she combines scientific explanation with a patient, non-shaming approach. Questions are welcome, mistakes are information, and change is built one small step at a time.
I do not believe in perfect eating. I believe in small steps that help us understand and care for ourselves.
Questions

No. The Plate and Fullness labs focus on practical meal composition and body signals.
AI uses the journal entries you choose to submit in order to organize observations and answer educational questions. It does not diagnose or prescribe.
No. If eating feels unsafe, compulsive or medically risky, please work with a qualified physician or eating-disorder specialist.
Begin with a short assessment and discover which signal deserves your attention first.
